REVISION POLICY

We provide the revisions as per the package. Your demand for revisions is fulfilled based on the allotted revisions in your selected package. We put a lot of effort into giving our clients the greatest services possible, and we'll keep adjusting until your demands are satisfied. If the design principles remain the same, you are not obligated to pay more money. Within 48 hours, you will receive your updated design.

 

TURN AROUND TIME

The majority of design services at Studioawest have turnaround times of 48–96 hours. This is merely the turnaround time for a single iteration of a design stage; it does not represent the whole time required for a project from beginning to end. The time needed for modifications might range from a minimum of 48 hours to a maximum of 72 hours, or 2 working days, depending on the kind of service. For instance:

 

·         Orders placed for logos are completed within 72 to 96hr or 3 to 4 working days.Except for a few projects where there are special requirements that might take more time for completion or if the package selected by you includes multiple services you may receive a few services within the given time.

·         At any given time you can talk to our support team and inquire about your project or revision status.

·         Revisions placed for an order may take 48 to 72hrs to submit after corrections.For instance request for revision submitted on Monday will arrive by Wednesday night.

·         Saturday and Sunday are off days. So, any requests for revisions on Friday will be provided by Tuesday night.

 

FULL REFUND OR 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

On all of the design services, Studioawest offers a 100% Money Back Guarantee. Customers may request a full refund of their service fees in the following situations:

if you don't like how the logo or website looked when it was first designed. You are entitled to a complete refund for your project.

 

REFUND POLICY

Studioawest promises a 100% Refund on all of its design services, however this is not a guarantee and there are still certain restrictions. The Studioawest Refund Policy is null and void if

·         Your customized package or product doesn’t include a refund once purchased.

·         Any service's first design concept has been accepted.

·         Logo has been finalized with consent of the client and the Company (Studioawest).

·         The website has been created, tested, and launched.

·         You asked for adjustments in any design concepts submitted by Studioawest.

·         The decision to cancel was taken for non-project-related reasons.

·         Studioawest is not contacted for more than two weeks.

·         You have violated any of the company policies.

·         For the same job, a different business or designer has been contacted.

·         The necessary details are missing from the creative brief.

·         A total redesign has been requested.

·         The request for reimbursement' time period for this claim has passed.

·         The company is altering its name or operations.

·         Under no circumstances will there be a refund for "change of mind," "conflict with the partner," or other factors unrelated to the service.

·         After speaking with their project manager, a client who has accepted many rounds of changes (for any service) may be eligible to receive 50% of their money back.

·         The decision to approve the refund will be up to the management of Studioawest.

·         The final say on the subject will go to Studioawest's management.

·         A refund will only be given for that specific service and "not" the entire package if a customer purchases a package with multiple services and is unhappy with any one service. Studioawest might give you an option to adjust the amount in other services if you are not satisfied with a few services in your package 

·         Order cancellations prior to project start-up for any reason unrelated to the design service itself is subjected to 25% cancellation administrative fee.

Note: Studioawest reserves the right to refuse any project or terminate the agreement at any time. Following the return, you won't have any further permission to use the designs for anything; Studioawest will own them exclusively. The designs will legally belong to the corporation.

Under no circumstances are services that are not associated with design services eligible for refunds. They are not covered by our unconditional money-back promise. They cannot be used to ask for a refund on the full package if such a service is purchased as a component of any form of package deal. Here are some examples of such services:

·         Google Adwords Campaigns

·         Website Maintenance Plans.

·         Website SSL Certificates

·         Website Domain Purchase.

·         Copyrights Protection Certificates.

·         Website & Emails Hosting Services.

 

Note: For services that are not covered under the 100% refund policy in case of dissatisfaction the Studioawest management after review the project may choose to offer a partial refund to the client.

 

CLAIM YOUR REFUND

Please do the following actions in order to get your refund:

·         Chat live. To initiate a refund, click here and talk to our representative to discuss your issue.

·         When we receive your refund request, we will answer as quickly as possible. Once the necessary analysis is finished, we will start the reimbursement procedure in accordance with the terms of our refund policy as indicated above.

·         If you need to cancel a project before it starts for a reason unrelated to the service itself, you must request a refund within 24 hours of placing your order to be eligible for a full refund.If a cancellation is requested after the first 24 hours, failure to do so will result in a service fee charge.

·         Unless both Studioawest and the buyer agree otherwise in writing, you will not have any rights to any designs submitted by the firm after you have received your refund. To preserve legitimacy, the data will be sent to the government's copyright agencies for copyright acquisition.

DELIVERY POLICY

·         As per the date indicated on the order confirmation, the entire order will be sent to the specified account, along with a confirmation email.

·         The turnaround time will depend on the package, with a minimum of 2 business days.

·         Websites won't go online until all fees have been paid. A website will not ever go live if there are any unpaid dues of any type.

·         Contact our customer service staff if you need to place a hurry or urgent purchase.

DESIGN OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

·         All finalized designs offered by Studioawest are completed upon the customer's written request for finalization, and following completion, the client receives all of the final core files of the logo and acquires full ownership of it.

·         The final design offered by Studioawest is the client's to keep in its entirety.

·         100% of the ownership rights to the aforementioned final design will belong to the customer.

·         The finalized design may be used whatever the Client chooses.

·         However, any materials, media, or other content created during any revision cycles leading up to the Final Product shall not belong to the Client.

 

CONTENT CREATION & POPULATION

·         Unless expressly stated otherwise, Studioawest will not be liable for writing or adding content (such as text or images) to the website. which would mean:

·         Studioawest will add content produced for the customer to the website.

·         The website's text and content will be specially written for the client's website.

·         The website will be image-populated by Studioawest.

·         Studioawest will purchase stock photos from stock picture websites for clients.

·         Images will only be bought with the client's agreement.

·         Any similarities between photos used on the site that may or may not match other websites will not be the responsibility of Studioawest in any way, shape, or form.

·         Products and product information will be added to the website by Studioawest.

·         The customer will give the product information and photos.

 

REPUTATION MANAGEMENT POLICY

·         Studioawest does not divulge to third parties any information about a client's project or contact information. At all times, the client's identity and project details are kept private. 

·         As soon as the job is completed. Studioawest and The Client concur that they would not intentionally malign or otherwise criticise one another in regards to issues that arise after the project is finished.

·         once the job has been properly finished. Each Party promises not to make any defamatory statements about the Client in the future, whether directly or indirectly (Studioawest shall take reasonable efforts to ensure that its officers and directors do the same) (and in the case of the Company, its partners,stakeholders, director, CEO, officers, investors, consultants, employees, or affiliates, investors).

 

RECORD MAINTENANCE

Studioawest maintains records of completed designs so you will be given the precise file in the event of a lost order.

 

CUSTOMER SUPPORT

·         Our customer support team is available Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT to address all of your phone questions and issues.

·         All additional inquiries must be submitted by the client through email through the Team Works Account area and will be answered the next business day.

 

TECHNICAL SUPPORT POLICY

Studioawest's core business is offering design services and consulting. The services that the client need will be designed and developed by us. On occasion, the customer will acquire one of our packages or services that include technological components to support their websites or emails. The customer will get from Studioawest the fundamental details about those services as well as the settings necessary for those services to function. The Customer's installation of the aforementioned services or the provision of thorough training is not the responsibility of Studioawest. These services might consist of, but not be limited to:

 

Website Deployment

·         Studioawest will set up the client's website on a hosting server that we supply.

·         The hosting service offered by Studioawest is a complimentary extra that is given to the client at no charge.From a Third Party Service Provider, it is purchased.

·         A customer-provided hosting server (purchased from a Third Party)

·         If a customer-purchased third-party webserver is used to host the website, Studioawest will not be held liable for any server- or hosting-related problems.

·         With the exception of services that are individually acquired as continuing maintenance services, there is no Service Level Agreement (SLA) between the customer and Studioawest regarding technical support or service outages.

 

Website Content Management System (CMS: Content Management System)

·         Customer will receive an instruction manual from Studioawest on how to utilise the website CMS (Content Management System).

·         The client's instruction in the aforementioned Website CMS will not be Studioawest's responsibility (Content Management System).

 

Emails Setup

·         The customer will receive the settings and details required by Studioawest to set up the emails on their end.

·         The installation of those emails on the client's end will not be the responsibility of Studioawest.

·         Given that all of our emails are stored on open servers and are therefore available to all service providers, Studioawest will not be liable for any technical support or aid in resolving email usage issues.

·         Because it is the client's responsibility to execute, install, and learn how to use the aforementioned services, Studioawest will not be held liable in any manner for the failure of the customer to do so.

 

COMMUNICATION POLICY

Only emails sent back and forth using the company's official email “info@Studioawest.com”,are to be regarded as legitimate forms of contact.

We disclaim all liability for any losses, problems, or delays brought on by communications conducted through channels not offered by us.

All of the information made available through our official websites is fully our responsibility.

Because we operate on a worldwide market, the representatives may adopt fictitious identities depending on the location with which they are communicating. This helps to facilitate and improve communication with our clients.
